Hardin Paving Company strives to be recognized by our customers for providing the highest quality construction safely, on time, and profitably.

We will accomplish this goal by emphasizing education, training, planning, scheduling and continuous upgrading of our equipment, construction methods, technique, and productivity.

Our emphasis will continually be on the safety and well being of our employees and the satisfaction of our customers.

Goals

We will work toward becoming a full-service paving contractor performing new construction and renovation including pavement evaluation, estimating, engineering, excavation, drainage, installation of aggregate, P.C.C. and bituminous base courses, bituminous binder and surface courses, surface treatment, and signage. Qualified subcontractors will perform ancillary work under our direction.

Philosophy

"The job is the boss!" We still strive to do everything in our power to complete the job on time while constantly maintaining quality. If the project requires work outside the scope of our contract, we will offer to perform or have performed various items of work. These services may include:

• overtime or night work
• removal and replacement of unsuitable material
• obtaining additional sub-contractors to expedite the project

We will treat our customers, subcontractors, and the public as we would wish to be treated: with fairness, honesty, and professionalism.
