Our Team in Alphabetical Order
Sherry Ferrebee runs the office. She has organized and stream-lined our contract and construction administration. Sherry works closely with our auditors, insurance and bonding agency, and our bank. Her responsibilities include general office management and administration, Accounts Receivables, Business Insurance, HR & Benefits Administration, internal payroll processing and adhering to the myriads of reporting requirements of government agencies and several unions.
Michael Hardin
Andrew Joiner is a relative new-comer to our company. He began his career with a large road-building contractor, Harry W. Kuhn, whose owner retired and closed the company. He began working for us in 2005 and his duties include estimating and project management of both public and private-sector work.
Eric Ondrejka has over 21 years of experience in road and parking lot construction and has been with us for nearly 14 years. He always has the good of the job at heart. Eric is our grading and excavating superintendent although we all “wear different hats” at different times.
Brady Robbins
Steve Salinas started with Hardin Paving almost 11 years ago. His responsibilities have grown to include management of our estimating department, estimating and project managing for public and complex private-sector work, and other managerial responsibilities. Steve’s proven leadership skills and even-temperament benefits both Hardin Paving and Hardin’s customers.
Diana Wolford, our administrative assistant, in addition to performing normal office tasks, manages our accounts payable. We get a ton of bills and we pay every single one of them. Diana keeps track of our vendor’s invoices, prepares the checks, obtains supplier waivers, and has been a valuable asset of ours for 8 years.
