Asphalt Paving Grade Crossings and Platforms for a Three Year Period

IFB Due Date: March 18, 2010 at 2 PM.

Hardin Paving Company, LLC is seeking subcontracting bids for the following items:

1. Saw-cutting

2. Asphalt Hot Mix Transportation from asphalt plant to job by the hour (trucking with 14 ton loads preferred (please qualify 6-wheelers or semi’s)

3. Curb and Gutter removal and replacement

Hardin Paving Company, LLC is also seeking material prices for the following items:

1. Hot Mix Asphalt

2. Limestone

3. Dust Control material furnished and installed

If you are a certified DBE, please include your certification with your bid.

Please note, this is a 3 year project without escalation.  A purchase order will be required for the entire period of the project.
